To do this please navigate to Audience > Profiles >Suppressed Profiles
Once you are in suppressed profile list, please click on the Add Email address button and add the user email address you want to unsubscribe/supress and once again click on Add Email address. All emails which are in this list are unsubscribed from our marketing emails.
