Who do we contact when there are problems with one or more deliveries from DPD?

- If there is a problem with delivery to the customer, so it says it is delivered, but they have not received it, or it is lost, contact DPD on this email: platinum@dpdgroup.co.uk
- Include invoice and customer name, address and parcel number
- Put DPD parcel number in subject line
