• Pick up is not available if a customer is looking to return their order. They have to go to the shop. If the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, DPD will sometimes pick up the order and redeliver it, but they will not collect for a return.

  • If the customer refuses to go to the pick up shop, you can email platinum@dpdgroup.co.uk and ask if they can collect a return from (state the customer's address) to (state the DPD depot address below)
