- Track their parcel on consignor
- If no information or recent scans, let me know and I can contact DPD or if I am away email: platinum@dpdgroup.co.uk
- Include invoice and customer name, address and parcel number
- Put parcel number in subject line
- They will start an investigation and update you in 5-7 days.
