• Try to create the return label yourself by clicking ‘free returns for 100 days’ on the homepage and following the guide.

  • When redirected to the DPD website, on the bottom left side of the page it says ‘return my items’. Click this and fill in the customer’s information. The returns label will then be emailed to them.

  • If it does not work for you, this is when the DPD website has a problem. Ask the customer to try again in 24 hours, but if they are in a rush, they can send it back with Royal Mail. (Follow other guide for instructions on how to do this)

  • If this is the case, ask Kestas to put a message on the website.
